Comfort Wood Fuels supplies wholesale customers only — garden centres, fuel merchants, retailers, hospitality groups, holiday parks, and other businesses. We do not sell directly to consumers through this Site. By submitting a trade enquiry you confirm that you are a UK-registered business or sole trader purchasing for resale or business use.
The Site is informational. Prices, product specifications and availability shown on the Site are indicative and not a binding offer. A binding contract is formed only once we have issued a written quote and received your confirmation in writing (email is sufficient). We reserve the right to amend or withdraw a quote if a clear pricing or stock error is discovered.
We strive for accuracy across the Site but do not guarantee that all content is current or error-free. Photography is illustrative; product specifications (e.g. moisture content, weight, log dimensions) are typical averages and may vary within reasonable trade tolerances.
Our kiln-dried wood fuels are supplied to UK Woodsure Ready to Burn standards (under 20% moisture content). Each pallet is QA-checked before dispatch. If you receive product that does not meet the agreed specification, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
Wholesale orders are confirmed by separate quote. Payment terms, delivery dates, and pallet logistics are agreed per order. You must provide accurate delivery information — we are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, restricted access, or absent recipients.
